Ross Lentell

Ross has extensive experience in the public and private sectors, having held senior positions in the roles of General Manager, Project Director, Senior Project Manager, and Development Manager over the course of a 25-year career in the construction industry.

Ross has excellent commercial, residential, NGO, Council and government development delivery experience. Ross has recently undertaken the Project Director role for Parramatta Square Development project involving planning, programming and managing logistics of construction and demolition in one of Australia’s busiest CBD’s.

A creative innovator, he has a deep understanding of the project delivery process, garnered through successful project management and delivery at a senior level, of what is required to set up, achieve and structure optimum project milestones and maximise outcomes.

Senior Project Manager

Jana Liepert

Jana has over 15 years’ in the design and construction industry and has developed an international portfolio of award winning projects in the urban design, commercial, educational and residential sectors.

Highly motivated and results driven, Jana has wide-ranging experience managing the delivery of complex design projects, bringing creativity, innovation and discipline to the design and construction process.

With a background in architecture and building engineering Jana developed a comprehensive skill set incorporating management and design which led to the successful delivery of her extensive portfolio. Her approach to managing people, resources and projects is based on good planning, clear objectives and effective time management.

Project Manager

Jessica El-Tahche

Jessica is a results focused Project Manager working within the design and construction sector since 2008.

With a background in both Architecture and Project Management, Jess has a solid knowledge base of all relevant business, planning, design and construction processes involved with the development and lifecycle of complex projects.

Jess has managed a number of multi-level residential projects in recent years and is a key member of the MAGUS Project Management team.

She graduated from the University of Sydney in 2010 with master’s degree in Architecture.

Junior Project Manager

Marcus Whitley

Marcus, a Renewable Energy Engineering graduate joined the MAGUS Project Management team in 2017.

Marcus brings a core expertise of environmental performance of buildings to the delivery team coupled with his understanding in Renewable Energy and Sustainability during his time in the Solar Industry.

At all stages during a project Marcus can provide support and guidance to reduce the environmental foot- print of a building, providing long term environmental and economic benefits.

Marcus graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2017 with a BSC Renewable Energy Engineering.

Director (Finance And Business Development)

Randolph Griffiths

Randolph has extensive experience engaging the built environment. His roles have included Chairman of the City of Sydney Planning Committee, Member of the Central Sydney Planning Committee, Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of The Built Environment at The University of Technology. He has been a partner at Cox Architects and a Principal at Woods Bagot Architects.

Randolph has also been responsible for the delivery of large projects ranging from The Sydney Olympics’ Arena through to multiunit developments for Macquarie Bank, in China.

Randolph has a deep understanding of the fundamental principles underpinning the delivery of successful projects and as Director, Business and Finance, brings extensive financial and business development skills to the MAGUS Project Management team.

Practice Manager

Tanya Awadallah

Tanya has a strong architectural project background and over 10 years’ professional experience.

She works closely with the Principals and Directors on developing and implementing best practice systems and strategies that cater for an expanding practice.
Her key responsibilities include managing operations, human resources, marketing, communications and general business administration.

She maintains an overview of all projects in the studio and supports project leaders and teams to deliver projects to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
